Cancelling your lessons
Cancellation request
Please read the conditions below before completing your request.
Minimum commitment
3 months
In accordance with article 8 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, a minimum commitment of three (3) months is required from the start date of your lessons. This is a minimum commitment, not the length of the course.
Notice period
4 weeks of lessons
Four (4) consecutive weeks of lessons must be given as notice, based on the time slot contractually allocated to the student. The request must be sent by email to the Institute's official address.
Effective date
From the following month
Cancellation takes effect from the first day of the calendar month following the written acknowledgement issued by the Institute.
Please note
The four lessons making up the notice period are payable in full, whether or not they are attended. Catch-up lessons cannot under any circumstances replace the required notice.
